Rob Fredericks, Executive Director/CEO at Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara
Rob has a long tenured career in housing and has spent over 28 years with the housing authority of the city of Santa Barbara, a housing authority that has received numerous accolades for leading the charge in affordable housing in one of the most challenging markets in the nation.
Rob has served as the executive director and CEO since 2016. He is a lifelong resident of the Central Coast of California, raised on a horse ranch in the San Inez Valley. Rob later earned a business management degree with an emphasis on real estate financial management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, honing his skills in real estate transactions and project management.
