Levi Chagoya, Construction Loan Officer at American Riviera Bank, brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the Central Coast community to his role. With a passion for helping businesses and individuals achieve their dreams, Levi leverages his expertise to navigate the complexities of construction financing, ensuring a smooth and successful journey for his clients.
Levi's dedication to the Central Coast began early on, graduating from Lompoc High School and attending Cuesta Community College. He went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University Bakersfield in 2016. Shortly after, he returned to his roots, embarking on his banking career in Santa Barbara.
Levi's career journey has equipped him with a well-rounded perspective, encompassing operations, new accounts, credit administration, and commercial/construction lending. This diverse experience allows him to approach each project with a holistic understanding of the financial landscape.
In his current role, Levi oversees the construction loan portfolio while also supporting business loans. He originates, underwrites, and documents residential 1 to 4 family construction loans and commercial construction loans, including residential subdivisions, multifamily, and commercial/industrial projects. His dedication extends beyond the initial loan, as he actively works with the Bank's residential lending department to ensure a seamless transition to take-out financing.
When Levi isn't helping clients achieve their financial goals, he enjoys immersing himself in the vibrant life of the Central Coast. From attending concerts and exploring hiking trails to cycling scenic routes and golfing under the California sun, Levi finds inspiration and rejuvenation in the community he serves.
