Joseph Menez started working for ARB in November of 2021. He is currently a teller at our Paso Robles branch.
Congratulation's Heather Watters!
"Heather is an innovator at heart and is constantly looking towards ways to increase productivity. Her knowledge and passion around technology runs deep and she loves to share her insights with others."
Heather started working for ARB in August of 2022. She is currently Assistant Vice President, Marketing Officer and works out of our Santa Barbara Administration office.

Darren started working for ARB in December 2009. He is currently Senior Vice President, Credit Manager and works out of our Santa Barbara Commercial Lending and Administration office.

Tamara started working for ARB in January 2014. She is currently a Credit Assistant and works out of our Santa Barbara Commercial Lending and Administration office.
